Seek out people who inspire you. This doesn't have to be a formal mentorship. It can be a colleague who has incredible integrity, a friend who is passionate about their hobby, or an author from a century ago.
If you can't find these people in your immediate circle, find them in podcasts, lectures, and documentaries. Let their voices be a guide.
