How can we succeed by understanding others?

4) You should convey it in a way that others can understand. If you do not make them understand, then the person who said it is wrong.

 

5) You should speak tactfully.

6) When others are using their tact in the wrong way, understand and do not react.

7) You should know what is in their mind without going to them.

8) You should know the essence of each matter.
